WorldClass lets you restrict access to courses, by adding a paywall which requires the user to pay in order to access the course, or by designating specific courses to pre-defined groups of users

However, in some cases, you might want to enable access to a restricted course at the single user level. This is how you can enable such access to a single user:

  1. On the "Users" table, click on the user's name to reach his user profile page.
  2. Click on the "Course Access" tab.
  3. You'll see a the entire list of courses your academy currently has, and a toggle next to each course. Choose the courses you'd like to enable access to by clicking on the toggle next to the course's name.
  4. Click on the "Save Changes" button.

Here is a short video of the process:

This functionality can be very practical when offering a course on your academy for review by a potential client, or when collecting payments outside of the WorldClass platform

If you're systematically opening course for specific users, we suggest you contact us and ask us about potential automation of your process.
